When Chinese new year coming, cake basket is always found in every market. usually it just cook by fried.

Pandanese Cake basket with honey

ingredient :
1. Cake Basket
2. Pandan leaf
3. grated coconut
4. juice coconut
5. honey
6.roasted peanuts

process
1. slice cake basket as your want
2. wrap with pandan leaf and fill with coconut juice too
steam till it smells
3. mix steamed cake basket with coconut grated (give little bit salt, if you like)
4. arrange in plate and give honey and roasted peanuts

serve when they are still warm
