Steamed Eggs 


 Ingredients
3 Chicken eggs
1 salted duck egg yolk, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 scallion, chopped
250 ml hot water

How to make 
1. Mix the egg in a bowl, pour salt, pepper, sesame oil, light soy sauce, and scallion. Blend them until smooth.
2. Cut salty duck egg and put into steamer cup.
3. pour egg mix to steamer cup.
4. heat wok with 70% water until boiling.
5. Put the egg mix in steamer cup to the wok.
6. Steamer the egg around 5 minutes.
7. Remove from heat,and garnish with scallion. Steamed Eggs ready for us
