Ingredients :
300 gr dark chocolate
125 gr unsalted butter, softened
435 gr unsweetened chestnut puree
6 eggs, separated
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoon coffee
65 gr granulated sugar
200 gr chestnut
How to make :
1.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. grease 23cm spring form or cake tin.
3. Break the dark chocolate and melt in. set a side
4. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. set a side
5. Mix butter, chestnut puree and sugar in another bowl and set a side
6. Gradually whisk the egg yolks, and then add coffee and melted chocolate. stir it.
7. Then add the white egg and mix them well. add chestnuts and mix it again.
8. Pour it into a tin and let bake for 40 to 60 minutes. You can use the tooth picks to check it.
9. let the cake cool before you serve it in a plate and cut it.
