Recipe Of The Week : Chicken Sauce Apple


Ingredients :

1. 500gr Chicken breast
2. 3 Apple fruit
3. 4 Shallot
4. 4 Garlic
5. Mint leaves
6. 1 lime ( squeeze for get the juice )


How to cook  :

1. Marinate the chicken with Salt and pepper and save in in closed box for 30 minutes.
2. Slice the apple and mix with the lemon juice put a side
3. Mince and slice garlic, Shallot
4. heat the pan and fried garlic and shallot together with olive oil, wait until the aroma come out.
5. Add the apple  to the pan and fried it until the juice come out. put a side.
6. Fried the chicken with less oil, until gold color. and then pour the Apple sauce.
7. keep boil it until the sauce thick and then add the mint leaves. and then pour it in the plate.
8. spread the few fresh mint leaves on top.
9. Chicken Sauce Apple ready to serve.
