meet with old Friend.. is my favorite session in my life. To day my friend invite me to coming in AHYAT Ablone forum restaurant,which stay in the Java Paragon hotel second floor.
first i wanna introduce my friend, he is food photography in NOTI&CO branding consultant, he is specialist for food photography. He told me how delicious food here and atmosphere of this restaurant, include the waiter/waiters service too.
Is easy to agree about nice atmosphere and service with my friend. because them is international restaurant, just need a few minute i said " You are right Jeff!"
but for cuisine, i need more time that about taste i need my tongue do much.
"menu please.." I ask the waiter to give me the menu book. Oh God they used Kanji for write their menu. of course I am not understand, but i am little bit lucky cause they write menu description in English.. " uuuhh...." I am relieved.
" Jeff can u help me to order food ?" I ask Jeff which more understand.
" Mexican abalone with AHYAT style is nice" jeff told me
" ok.. I order that.. and Interest with Soup combination bamboo mushroom with some seafood and orange juice for drink"
" Just that? " the waiter ask me with sweet smile
" yes that is enough for me "
around 15 minutes one by one all my order coming, start with my drink. hmmm they used fresh orange very nice.and then i start to eat the Mexican abalone with AHYAT style. I think Jeff tongue had good level. overall all the cuisine tasty and not too sweet like another Chinese food that i ever meet before. Its different i feel Asian and western in perfect combination.
