mengkudu/Tiba/ Noni is very useful fruit, this fruit come from southeast asia, Some of resource said that his fruit come from polanesia(archipelago in asia pasific. mengkudu which have scientic name Morinda citrifolia is grow up in lowland (1500m)
in Indonesia. mostly in aceh (south sumatra)
Mengkudu is fruit compound which have much seed. some people use the seed for get the oil, they believe the oil have the same contents with the fruit which consisting of :

a. proxeronine which can activation protein in our body
b. Terpenoid which help for synthesis process in our body
c. Scolopetin which very effective for anti allergic.
d. Selenium is the best anti oxidant which could minimize free radical in our body
e. beside all the thing that list above, Mengkudu/ Tiba/ Noni has much nutrition (vitamin and mineral ),anti bacterial which can kill bacteria :
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus,Protens morganii, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. that substancecan control bacteria : pathogen, Salmonella montivideo, S . scotmuelleri, S . typhi, dan Shigella dusenteriae, S . flexnerii, S . pradysenteriae, and Staphylococcus aureus.
Noni / Mengkudu / Tiba is very usefully but i think very boring if we just eat that with out mix with much delicious seasoning,especially if you live in Indonesia ^_^
so this one is recipe that i will share with you :
Fried Shrimp Cuisine Noni Leaf
ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil for frying
100 g peeled shrimp
500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
5 citrifolia leaves, thinly sliced
Spices that are:
3 red onions
3 cloves garlic
10 red chilies, seeded
salt to taste
sugar to taste
How to cook:
Saute until fragrant, put the shrimp, cook until it changes color. And stir well.
Pour the coconut milk, and cook until boiling. Enter the noni leaf stew, stir well.
Cook until done, then remove from heat and ready to serve.
for the fruit you can eat them with peanut sauce after you wash them ^_^ , our you can make them as fruit juice.
for get the oil from their seed, u just need to roast them
