Recipe Of The Week : Indonesian Vegetable Sour Soup

Ingredients :
100 grams of squash, cut into pieces
100 grams young jack fruit, cut into pieces
50 grams melinjo
50 grams of leaves melinjo
5 rod string beans, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons peanut
2 liters of water
1 piece of sweet corn, cut into pieces

Tamarind seasoning vegetables (mashed)
6 grains hazelnut
5 red onions (shallot)
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
2 teaspoons tamarind
25 Grams starfruit
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon shrimp paste
Salt to taste

Spices:
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cm galangal , crushed

How to make :
1. Boil water and add the hard kind vegetable like, Squash, all nuts including melinjo, and young jackfruit,  boiled until soft
2. Enter the spice that has been mashed, bay leaves and galangal, wait until boiling
3. Add the remaining vegetables that have not been included. taste
4. Add when less - salt or fresh tamarind order
5. Indonesian sour soup ready to serve
