After 3 years of study and work in raw food, numerous dinner events, raw food workshops, seminars and coachings, it is time to share my knowledge with you in a somewhat bigger and different context: Come and join me for a full immersion into raw food on the beautiful island of Bali, where the best and biggest coconuts and the most amazing wild cacao grows, not to speak about hand harvested cashews, the sweetest mangos, papayas, rambutans and mangosteens and more than anything else, amazing nature and beautiful people.

In this one week retreat, we will be preparing food together on a daily basis and I will talk about my personal experiences and share all my knowledge I accomplished during the last 3 years.



But not only will we prepare and eat the most delicious food, sourced from local growers, but also will there be daily yoga and meditation, trips to the Big Tree Cacao and Cashew Farms, a volcano hike, early morning dolphin watching, permaculture garden tours and maybe even a Kirtan concert.



The retreat takes place at the beautiful resort Gaia Oasis, tucked away in the quiet and picturesque North of Bali. With its two resorts, a mountain resort and a beach resort (only 10 minutes away from each other) this resort offers a variety unlike any other place.


We will be based in the mountain resort, surrounded by beautiful organic gardens, stunning views, access to a salt water pool and a beautiful yoga shala with view to a pond. Access to the beach resort will be provided by motorbike rides or taxi service provided by the resort. We will spend time in both places so you will get the maximum experience of the quiet mountains and the lush beach resort with access to the spa and the seaside restaurant.

The retreat starts on January 24th:



Check in: from 11 am onwards in the reception of the GAIA Oasis beach resort

you can arrange transportantion directly through GAIA Oasis (not included in workshop price)



5pm: Welcome circle and getting to know each other

7pm: Dinner at the seaside restaurant

8:30 pm: More with Boris



The retreat ends on January 31st:



1 pm: Last Brunch (check out before or after brunch)



If you wish to stay longer in the resort, it is possible but please contact Gaia Oasis directly for bookings.



The schedule of the days during the retreat are yet to be established

Sample days:

Day 1:

7 am : Yoga in the Mountain resort yoga shala

9-11 am : Live breakfast: preparing nutmilks, chia porridge, granola and maccaccinos

11 am: Transfer to the beach resort, time to swim, relax, sun bathe...

1 pm: light lunch, salad, crackers, tropical fruit shakes

2-5 pm: dinner preparation (for example raw lasagne, phad thai, delicious raw soups, etc.)

5-7 pm: free time, time to swim, get a massage or treatment, hang out and enjoy the sun set.

7 pm: candlelight dinner at the sea side restaurant with the prepared foods



Day 2:

3am: leaving for Mount Agung to hike the volcano

9am: return to the resort, and life breakfast

10 – 1 pm: free time

1 pm: light lunch

2 – 5 pm: life food preparation (dinner and next day breakfast, like granola, yoghurt)

5 pm: Yoga at the beach

7pm: living dinner and talk



Day 3:

7am: yoga

8:30 am: quick life breakfast and departure for day trip to visit cacao farms and production facilities

8 pm: return and dinner prepared by the Gaia Oasis restaurant staff

a more detailed schedule will be posted closer to the event, this shall only give you an idea of how exciting it will be but I don´t want to reveal everything at this point to keep you excited ;)

Accomodations:


Accomodations are provided in wonderful bungalows in the mountain resort of Gaia Oasis in Abasan. The bungalows will be double or triple occupancy. A single might be possible at additional cost of approx. 100 €, but I cannot guarantee.
