first step wash the part of your body which got poison of tomcat. it could be help to neutralizing. and then give ointment which contain Hydrocortisone 1%, ointment Betametasone, antibiotic Neomycin Sulfate (give three times in one day) or Acyclovir ointment 5 percent.
