Everybody knew about Tomato , we often used that for burger, salad or another food. But did you know that Tomato is very wonderful. Since long time ago people already do study about Tomato and they found that Tomato has the following benefits :

Cherry, Tomato Cherry has shape round and smaller than another type of tomatoes and in one branch you can find more than one tomatoes.
Fruit, Tomato Fruit or Granola has the flat shape of the butt.
Souce, We call the tomato for sauce is gondol , which has shape oval. In indonesia the have cultivar which one type with Rome cultivar.
How about the nutrition of Tomato Sauce ? as the riset from FAO-WHO the lycopene in tomato is not broken beacuse the process for become sauce, in point of fact the lycopene inside tomato increased till 10 times in pasta and sauce process.
