Potato is the most favorite main food in Europe, but don't you know that potato originally come from south America. They grow in the ountain area of Peru, Chili and Mexico and the Spanish bring it from Peru to whole europe country in 16th century. By the time potato adopted by Europe farmer and now become one of most important and favorite food in the world, in 2013 the United Nation FAO reports was 368 million tonnes Potatoes.

what is Potatoes is ? Potatoes is the species of solanaceae which save their food in the root that we can eat and we called " Potato". (solanum tuberosum L.). The name of potato is originally from spanish language " patata" (the name that used in spain).
Some variant of Potatoes can rich the high until around 60 cm or 24 Inch. They have some different colors for their flower which can help us to identify which kind of them. Potato which have white Flower is the variant of Potato with white skin and the other color mostly is the variant of Potato with red skin. Potatoes create the green fruits after flowering which contain with around 300 seed, and are not suitable for consumption.

Potatoes are contains minerals and vitamins, and phytocemicals like natural phenols and caretonoids
4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (crypto-chlorogenic acid), 5-O-caffeoylquinic (neo-chlorogenic acid), 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acids.[38] A medium-size 150 g (5.3 oz) potato with the skin provides 27 mg of vitamin C (45% of the Daily Value (DV)), 620 mg of potassium (18% of DV), 0.2 mg vitamin B6 (10% of DV) and trace amounts of thiamin, riboflavin, folate, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc was found in potatoes.
