Recipe Of The Week: Tacos

Ingredients 
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
100gr ground beef
1/2 cup leaf coriander copped
1/2 head small green lettuce, shredded
25gr Goat cheese 
 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste kosher salt and black pepper
12 corn tortillas, warmed
Jalapeno chili (optional)


Directions 
 Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and cook until beginning to soften, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in beef, parsley, tomato paste, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese and Coriander. Serve with the hot sauce, if desired.
