when i hear about pudding the first that i remind is fresh and sweet taste. the first time i found black pudding in salad menu, i am interest to try them..
but that time... the stock is empty.
black pudding not really famous in Indonesia, very rare time i found them. but a few days ago i met my friend which recipient from australia. i ask him about black pudding, what is that and how the taste?
ok... if we know what it food made from... then i will knew what the taste.
Mr. Zhaldi (the australian recipient) told me. that black pudding is seem like sausage which produced by dry blood.usually use from cow or pork blood. some times from lamb too. and then mix with filler (oatmeal, sued, breadcrumb, etc)
in 1868 this product become popular with name blood sausage.

so how the law for black pudding in Islam ? just one answer that is FORBIDDEN
Can be seen Al - Qur'an(moslem book) in Surah Al Maidah pad: 3 "Forbidden to you (take) carrion, blood, pork, (meat animals) are slaughtered in the name of other than Allah, who tecekik, who was hit, falling headlong, and are attacked by wild animals, except you could kill him. "
whatever blood come from the kosher animal.

so, all the food from blood is forbidden not just black pudding, Marus (frozen blood) and Lawar (traditional cuisine from Bali) too.

but if you are not Moslem.. you can eat them, some people told me that is delicious depend who the chef.. LOL
