Fresh Menu and Unique taste in Cuca

This luch time I just arrived in Jimbaran, my plan with my friend we want to enjoy kecak dance in Uluwatu at sunset time. we choose scooter for go there, not too difficult for me but not the same for my two germany friend because they drive in right side, and today the first time for them drive scooter. the weather so hot, it seem want to take all of  liquid from our body. and we make decision  our lunch  place  in Cuca restaurant .Why Cuca ?

I don't think you like my reason, i choose Cuca just because i saw their garden have many coconut tree which grow around their building that make me feel fresh and little bit remind me to my grandma house.
So let's check how fresh they are.
So here is the order .....
First of course we choose drink, all of us choose the same drink Ice green tea. we need some thing fresh to make our brain work to enjoy the next menu.
and next, start with my order. here...
Honey Baked Pumpkin Salad (creamy yogurt, wing bean, toasted muesli, taragon) , Farmed Chicken Chicha  (purple grape, wing bean, red onion, lemon basil) , Jimbaran Bay Squid (balinese black rice, ink, roasted garlic, spring onion).
and my friend order
Smoked sablefish (beetroot yogurt, Avocado, bread cracker, and wild herbs), Cinnamon Smoked Wagyu beef Chica (shaved cabbage, zuchini ,parsley), Ocean fresh seafood chica (tangerine, pandawa seaweed, young ginger, basil). Golden snapper (grape ice, blended avocado, terragon ). Emperor fish (watermelon ice, toasted pumpkin seed, basil)

Too much food ? yeah if we in the normal condition. But our condition  now is  lost a lot of energy and we need to charge again, LoL.  i think our order is right portion for charge our energy till the next dinner in Uluwatu. For me All of food that was I order completely delicious, even some of them have the strange taste for the first but after that the taste become unique.  The waiters who serve us told us that all of the ingredients that they use for food in this restaurant is 100% local. hmmmmm...... that's why the taste so fresh ^_^ ....this technique would help for the local farmer find the new market, after for long time people always prefer with import stuff. So, they never sell their farmland for the new project like villas or hotels. I hope so
After we finish our lunch we take more time for just sit and enjoy the wind which come from leaves around us

This is the nice thing about do the culinary trip in Bali, u don't just find delicious food from many country but you will get the beautiful atmosphere in every spot of your culinary place.
