 Grilled Steak with gravy




1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg 1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth 

Steak
Mix the ground lamb, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in big bowl. shape become 8 balls and flatten.
Fry them until the color become brown

Gravy
Mix the flour, garlic powder, beef broth, and cooking sherry. season with seasoned salt and pepper.
Heat the pan when it ready fry onion until brown.
put in the mixed with onion in frying pan, stir until thick.

Keep the gravy in frying pan, but turn heat to low. and then put in steak, cover it. wait until simmer (around 15 minutes).  Serve to the plate
