Yakiniku Don

Ingredients
Cooked Rice
300 gr Beef, slice thinly
6 leaves Cabbage
1 small piece Ginger  *finely grated
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Onion
2 tablespoons Mirin
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce


How to make 
1. Combine Soy Sauce, Garlic and Ginger in a bowl and marinate the sliced Beef for a few minutes.
2. heat oil in fry pan and add Beef inside. fry it until the color changes.
3. add vegetables and stir fry until the vegetables are cooked. Add Soy Sauce and Mirin, and mix it
4. Half fill a bowl with rice and cover it with the Beef and vegetable mixture. You may sprinkle some roasted Sesame Seeds on top.
Tip Instead of using Soy Sauce and Mirin for seasoning, you can use Yakiniku sauce.
