Quesadilla

Ingredients
8 flour tortillas
1⁄2  onion spreadable butter
1 large ripe tomatoes
1⁄2 package old el paso fajita seasoning mix
1 lb mozzarella cheddar blend cheese, shredded
2 -3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced 
1⁄4 cup water

add salsa and Guacamole to taste

How to make :
1. heat the pan and spray with olive oil add chicken until cooked
2. add water and seasoning chicken in the pan,
   sauce will thicken slightly after few minutes. put a side
3. add butter one side and another side of all tortilla and set aside.
4. Dice tomato and Onion, mix it and set a side.
5. Place a tortilla, buttered side down, on hot pan or griddle. Layer ingredient in the following order       on the tortilla: cheese, chicken and sauce, tomato/onion mixture and cheese cover with tortilla.
6. Flip it once the cheese starts to bubble from the sides of the quasadilla, be careful to keep
    everything together.
7. when the color change become golden, set a side.
8. let stand for a while and cut it.
8. serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
