Gearing Up  


Trying always to look at the bright side, we are spending these unusually quiet weeks in Bali painstakingly improving any small details we find important.

 

The kitchen brigade has spent a great amount of time tweaking our menu: have you tried the new version ofMarinated Pulled Pork? Or seen already the new presentation of the Strawberry Cloud Cake? On their part, our purchasing team has discovered new inspiring local products: we are now obsessed with virgin coconut oil! Ever heard of palm nectar syrup? They will soon be making an appearance in our menu. We are also proud of launching a whole new set of the tastiest canapés for events (come to ourevent on May 10 to try them all!). Our service boys and girls also assisted in improving Cuca by recycling wine bottles into both clever water glasses and unique flower vases and by enhancing your bathroom break with amazing crafted hand soap and fresh ultra-aromatic flowers.


Step by step, making Cuca just a little bit better.
