Recipe Of The Week : Fettuccine Zucchini



Ingredients
350 gram fettuccine
500 gram zucchini
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shaved
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil

Sauce
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1/4 tablespoon salt
1 cup milk
pepper

How To Make

1. Cook fettuccine and put a side
2. Slice Zucchini

Sauce :
fry minced garlic until brown. Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, salt, milk and stir it. Dash pepper.
Cook and stir until thickened.

3. Cook zucchini  until cook well,
4. mix zucchini and white sauce together
5. add fettuccine with mixture zucchini
6. sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
