Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A creamy and rich dessert with no dairy, packed with healthy fats from avocado and the deep flavor of dark chocolate.


Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish





Instructions

1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
4. Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves before serving.
